We post to the UK only. If you are outside of the UK please contact us first before attempting to order an item, and we may be able to accommodate you on a one-off basis.If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.
We use the services of the Royal Mail for our deliveries. For items over £100 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked, signed and fully insured for postage. Items which are £100 or under will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked and signed postage which is also fully insured.
The delivery address you give must match the credit or debit card used to pay for a product. For fraud prevention purposes we may on rare occasions ask you to provide identification documents.
We aim to deliver any Good(s) in stock within 2-4 working days after the day on which we accept Your order. Once the order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances.Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery will not be of the essence of the contract.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at delivery address to accept delivery of your order.Your signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to Shree Ganesh Jewellers and we reserve the right to charge you an additional cost of storing and redelivering them.The liability for any loss is yours wheredelivery is subject to a postal redirection or to a PO Box or mail box address, ora house of multiple occupation. All orders will be deemed delivered when signed for by anyperson at the delivery address or confirmed as delivered by couriers. Youmust satisfy yourself before requesting any delivery that this will be secure asany loss incurred after the delivery is signed for at the address or confirmed asdelivered bycouriers will be your liability.
You should not accept or sign for any delivery where the package has been
damaged, resealed or tampered with and instruct the courier to return the item to
us. If you sign for and accept delivery of a damaged or tampered with parcel the insurance cover of the contents will be void and any loss discovered when the parcel is fully opened will not be covered. You must also inform us of a rejected delivery without any delay.We cannot accept any liability for loss once a package has been accepted by
any person at the delivery address.Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
Goods from same order may be split into multiple deliveries as per our discretion in order to have suitable insurance cover.
