Return Policy
At Shree Ganesh Jewellers, we always aim to offer a jewellery that you cherish forever. As
we supply goods which are priced according to fluctuations in the financial market and
such fluctuations cannot be controlled by us, the supplier, there is no option to cancel
your order to us under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information,
Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.However, if you are not happy with
your purchase, we will try to resolve any issues or issue a refund subject to conditions. All
requests for order cancellation will be considered on an individual basis and the
Company’s decision as to whether or not to allow a requested cancellation will be final
and binding. All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable unless otherwise
agreed by us in writing and are subject to our discretion.
Due to nature of items, we sell and fluctuations in the financial market, all such cancellation requests will be subject to our Loss policy.
A cancellation/restocking fee of up to 30% and a fee based on any adverse movement of the spot price value of the order between the submission of the order and the cancellation of the order.
Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Shree Ganesh Jewellers.
An administration fee will also be incurred of GBP 30.00 including VAT.
We will deduct the total sum payable to Us from payments that you have made to us in respect of subsequently cancelled orders. Any refunds of payments, following the deduction of payments due to Us, will be made to the source of the original payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.
You can apply to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us. Any cancellation request e-mails must be successfully received by the Company. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense, complete with the original packaging, presentation boxes, certificates and all other documentation. You can use Royal mail Special Delivery or any other courier of your choice and make sure you insure for the correct amount. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We do not refund on items lost in transit. We are not liable for goods until they are in our possession. Orders are only refunded once they have been returned and inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as when they left the ownership of Shree Ganesh Jewellers. You must not have worn or damaged the goods. You must not have removed any tags from the item. If an item is returned in a condition other than stated above, the refund may be cancelled or only a partial refund offered. Our promise to refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse under any circumstances.
Please note that we cannot exchange or refund items engraved or in any way personalised or custom ordered unless they are defective or faulty. Ear and nose jewellery (Earrings, Nose Pins and nose rings etc..) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Bullion bars, Coins, Solid gold jewellery are also strictly non-refundable.
Pack your purchase securely in its original packaging and enclose the Returns invoice and send it back to us to the following address –
